1. Service

SelfieFix provides AI-powered photo editing functionality for selfies and portraits, including automated image transformations driven by a curated catalog of features, storage and organization of edited results, search and retrieval of saved edits, and export functionality for output images in various formats.

2. Access and Availability

Access to and use of the SelfieFix mobile application and its Services are provided subject to these Terms and Conditions. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service without prior notice. Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect service availability. The Company accepts no liability for any interruption or loss of service, except where explicitly agreed with the User. The Application may require periodic updates for continued functionality, and users may need to accept updates to continue using the Services.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of SelfieFix — including software code and architecture, user interface design, logos, trademarks, branding elements, the editing feature catalog, and documentation — are owned by SelfieFix or licensed from third parties and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of their source photos and edited results. By using the Services, users grant SelfieFix a limited license to process and store content solely for providing the Services. The Company does not claim ownership of any content users create.

4. License to Use the Application

SelfieFix grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes. Permitted uses include creating and managing personal photo edits, using AI editing services for personal content, and exporting edited images for personal use.

Prohibited uses include: reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Application; using the Application for commercial editing services without a commercial license; attempting to bypass security or authentication measures; using automated systems or bots to access the Services; redistributing or reselling the Application or Services; and using the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. User Responsibilities

By using SelfieFix, users agree to maintain the confidentiality of account credentials, notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use, and accept responsibility for all activities under their account.

Content guidelines prohibit uploading, editing, or sharing content that violates laws or regulations. Users must not use the Services to create or distribute defamatory, offensive, or harassing content; content that violates privacy rights of others; copyrighted material without authorization; sexually explicit or non-consensual imagery; or false or misleading representations of real people.

Users must obtain necessary consent before editing or sharing photos that depict other identifiable individuals and comply with all applicable laws regarding image rights and likeness in their jurisdiction. Users accept full responsibility for the legality of the source images they upload and the edited results they produce.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

All data processing is conducted in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Source photos are processed solely for editing purposes. The Company implements industry-standard security measures to protect data. Edits are stored securely using encryption. Users may delete data at any time through the Application. Account deletion results in permanent removal of all associated data.

7. Limitations of Liability

SelfieFix Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including the quality or accuracy of AI edits, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or security or data protection guarantees.

The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, or business opportunities; or damages exceeding the amount paid by the user for the Services in the past 12 months.

AI-generated edits may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or unintended changes. Output quality depends on input photo quality, lighting, framing, and the selected edit. Users are responsible for reviewing each result before sharing or publishing.

8. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Unused portion of subscription is non-refundable.

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. Trial terms and duration will be clearly communicated. Automatic conversion to paid subscription occurs unless cancelled.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to premium features continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of initial subscription purchase. Refund requests for technical issues will be evaluated case-by-case. Each user is eligible for one refund only.

10. Termination

SelfieFix reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violation of these Terms, disable access to Services without notice for any reason, and delete inactive accounts after 12 months of inactivity.

Upon termination, the right to use the Services ceases immediately. Users remain liable for any outstanding payments. Provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect.

11. Modifications to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting updated Terms in the Application, notification through the Application or via email, or continued use, which constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration. Legal proceedings shall be conducted in the applicable jurisdiction.

13. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between users and SelfieFix regarding use of the Application. If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions shall continue in effect. Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver. Users may not assign these Terms without prior written consent.
